We are a consumer insights team looking to transform our data analysis workflow. Our dream scenario is to upload complex data files and receive polished, executive-ready insights that look like strategic summaries.
What we're hoping to achieve:
We'd like to ask questions like "What's different in viewership patterns across segments, and how does that compare to other audience groups?"
We want to see the actual source files displayed alongside our generated answers for transparency and verification
We need the ability to export any generated tables to CSV format for further analysis
Global Settings & Persona Integration: We'd love to create a "global settings" panel in our profiles that includes:
Define our user persona to inject into all prompts
Define a set of audience personas and have the system respond with how insights would resonate with each group
Set up established persona definitions like "hustle drama seeker" or "edgy celeb obsessed"
Share these personas across our team - this audience insight language is what everyone in our organization speaks
Inject general guideline definitions into each prompt (like generational age ranges)
Current Pain Points:
File management across collections is difficult - we want to drag assets between collections
The @ mention system for long file names is confusing and requires a wider window
Finding specific files across multiple collections when we have numerous versions with similar names feels like "a crap shoot"
We're operating semi-blind when trying to choose the right file
