We need to analyze Zoom interview transcripts and generate executive summaries for qualitative research

We are exploring using Storytell at our company after previously using it at a previous organization. We're conducting qualitative research via Zoom calls, doing usability testing, and having collaborative debriefs using collaboration boards.

Our primary use case is analyzing qualitative research, specifically processing and analyzing Zoom transcripts from user interviews. We want to be able to upload transcripts, get analysis, and continue to query the information. We need to generate executive summaries and analyze specific topics from research sessions.

Currently, we're struggling to create executive summaries of findings because "nobody has time to like pull together that summary report." We get data from dashboards like Survey Monkey and don't always export it to create cross-tabs.
