streamline Salesforce request handling and integrate insights from existing data tools

Trying to simplify how internal requests, submitted via Salesforce forms, are routed and handled, especially when they involve data that's already available through existing tools. One example is the CTR “gatekeeper” prompt, which should automatically redirect certain requests to the right team or resource without adding friction.

What would be helpful:

  • Seamless integration between Salesforce forms and internal data workflows

  • Smarter routing of requests, especially when they fall outside of a team's scope

  • Easy access to insights already available in tools like:

    • Internal research repositories

    • Dashboard platforms (e.g., SSR)

    • Social listening and audience behavior tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Canvas, Tubular, Comscore)

The goal is to reduce manual triage, prevent duplicate work, and ensure people are pointed to the right data source or team from the start.
