Share prompts to members of our team

We would love to see improvements to how the question library works in our workflow:

What we'd like to be able to do:

• Create "shared prompts" that can be shared across our entire organization

• Share prompts publicly so other users can discover them

• Browse and discover shared prompts from other users, with the ability to upvote/downvote the most helpful ones

• View questions organized by category to find what we need faster

Additional features that would be helpful:

• Have the system suggest different default questions based on what we're working on

• More dynamic question suggestions that adapt to our conversation content
