Customer Database Creation and Management

We need to build an automated system that extracts key client information from our communication channels and populates a structured database for our client success team. Currently, we're manually tracking contact information, account history, and technical setup details across multiple platforms, which creates inefficiencies during team handoffs and client management.

Our goal is to use our platform to automatically capture and organize this information from our existing communication streams. The system should create centralized records that any team member can reference, eliminating the need to search through chat histories or email threads when working with clients.
