Annual client review reports

We need to generate comprehensive annual reviews for each of our clients to help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The goal is to have our system automatically create curated overviews that highlight key interactions, metrics, and milestones based on our communication history throughout the year.

This would help us proactively manage client relationships by surfacing important patterns and opportunities we might otherwise miss when manually reviewing client accounts. We want the system to pull from our existing client communication and account data to build these reviews automatically.

Ideally, we'd have a customizable template that includes highlights and visualizations, making it easy for our team to quickly understand each client's journey and identify next steps for account growth
