ability to delete individual prompt and response pairs

We need the functionality to delete specific prompt and response pairs from our conversation history. Currently, we can only clear entire conversations, but there are times when we want to remove just one exchange while keeping the rest of the conversation intact.

This would be particularly useful when we have a long conversation thread but need to remove a specific prompt-response pair that's no longer relevant or contains information we don't want to keep in the history.
