I experienced an 8-minute wait for a standard PDF file to process and become ready. This long upload time is disruptive and makes the "knowledge change" process inefficient. Faster processing is crucial for a smooth user experience, especially when dealing with multiple documents.

Results got stuck

I’ve tried to sign in using my Google account but I just get redirected back to the login page after I sign in.

Error: The operation failed due to a timeout or error

I'm not actively uploading any files, but when I try to send a prompt, I repeatedly get "The operation failed due to a timeout or error." This has happened around 12 times today, significantly disrupting my workflow.

Not pulling answers from the uploaded file

I uploaded a PDF and asked a question directly related to its content, but the response didn’t reference anything from the file. It felt like the model ignored the upload completely. I tried rephrasing the question, but got the same result.

Storytell Hung Mid-Query and Didn’t Recover Until Retry

While using Storytell, the app became unresponsive after I submitted a query — it showed no progress and hung for several minutes. I clicked "Stop," but nothing happened. Eventually, I re-entered the same question, and it worked fine the second time.

Previous Storytell output is better than the new fully agentic version

Unexpected Logout During File Processing

I am experiencing an issue where I was unexpectedly logged out of Storytell while a PDF file was processing after upload. Although I was kicked out, when I logged back in, the application retained my previous state.

Log In Auth Magic Link Emails Going to SPAM

Google Workspace corporate email. Used Magic Link to log in for first time vs Google SSO/OAuth option. Message(s) went to SPAM folder. Noticed the From: Name is a little “spammy” and might be some system default from the auth stack/tooling. There also could be further DKIM/SPF/DMARC configuration that would help prevent this. It’s a best practice to send this kind of messaging from its own email subdomain so you don’t muddy up your TLD’s reputation that can impact your corporate email out to partners/contacts.
